If you cancel a venue reservation booked directly with VanHoy Farms before the scheduled booking begins, we will refund 90% of the amount paid toward the canceled reservation and retain 10% as a cancellation fee, where permitted by law. The fee is calculated on payments received, not the unpaid balance. Click here to see our Refund Policy.
